I have a passion for animals, especially dogs and cats. I enjoy socializing with cats and dogs. I love all types of pets including rabbits, birds, and pocket pets. Providing a clean and safe environment and fresh food and water is important to me.

I have been caring for pets professionally for more than 20 years. I work in Talbot County, Maryland and service primarily Easton, Trappe, St. Michael’s and Oxford. My services include walking dogs, feeding, providing fresh water and playing with them.

I have owned many pets, starting with a horse named Johnny Ringo. I loved my cat, Pumpkin, who I received as a kitten, and who used to come to me when called, like a dog. I also owned a rabbit, named Dusty, for over 5 years.

Many years ago, I took care of my friends two cats while they were away. Then, I walked dogs and cared for others friends pets. I enjoyed the change of environments, working independently and meeting a variety of pets. The most unique was a pair of toucans!

As the demand grew, I obtained liability insurance and bonding and chose a business name. Critter Sitter began operating as a sole proprietor. My clients could depend upon me as an honest and caring professional. I walked one dog for over 5 years and stayed on a farm and cared for 2 horses and 2 dogs and multiple cats.

The business is bonded and insured. I have held the following certifications: Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International and Red Cross Pet First Aid certification through American Red Cross. I have experience giving medication and insulin shots at prescribed intervals to dogs and cats.
